Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible; otherwise the customer shall bear additional delivery costs. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall organize any necessary aids for delivery. The customer must check the goods for completeness and integrity on the day of delivery and report any defects within two working days.<\/p>\n

Delivery date and delivery periods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
The stated delivery dates are approximate and not binding. For deliveries on call, the delivery period is usually 1-3 weeks, provided the goods are in stock. The customer will be informed if the delivery period is extended to up to 6 weeks at short notice. Exceeding the delivery period shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract, refuse acceptance or claim damages.<\/p>\n

5<\/strong>. Change of delivery method<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Changes to the type of delivery after conclusion of the contract must be notified in writing. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

6<\/strong>. Guarantee (limitation period)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
The seller guarantees for hidden defects in construction and material for 2 years from delivery. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, aging, improper handling or natural color changes. The seller may deliver replacement goods instead of remedying the defect without extending the warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, goods collected by the customer must also be collected from the goods issue point.<\/p>\n

7<\/strong>. Data protection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Our privacy policy, available at https:\/\/insideout-furniture.ch\/datenschutz, is an integral part of these GTC.<\/p>\n

8<\/strong>. Cancellation, return and exchange<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
There is no right of return or refund of the purchase price. Exchanges are made as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute a legal claim. If an exchange is accepted, the customer shall bear the costs. If the order is canceled, 15% of the purchase price will be charged.<\/p>\n

13.2 In the case of prepayment, the order is triggered after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n
13.3 In the case of payment by debit and credit card, the charge is made at the time of the order.<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>3<\/strong>. Repayment of money already paid<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
After termination of the contract or successful reduction, the seller determines the repayment method. Cancellation or transportation costs will be charged.<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>4<\/strong>. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
